Service – In addition to turn key PLC coding provided with new panels we fabricate, we service existing panels by other vendors. We can ofter recover systems from faults and make repairs to a system that go beyond the skill levels of a basic maintenance person.  Our PLC Programmers are troubleshooters and well as coders.  We are designers that understand how things work.

PLC-5 SUPPORT IS ENDING – Systems Engineering Stands Ready to Upgrade your PLC.

Most Rockwell PLC-5 processors and associated equipment is now “Silver” in Rockwell terminology.  Silver means that limited quantities are available from Rockwell, and dates are set for them to go off support (click here and enter “1785” for the catalog number to see details from Rockwell’s web site).  While this does not mean that parts will suddenly become unavailable, the prices will steadily rise as the supply dwindles.

Systems Engineering stands ready with knowledgeable and experienced engineers to assist you in quickly and efficiently converting your PLC-5 applications to ControlLogix applications.  Don’t let someone tell you that the controllogix application will convert the program for you.  It will convert but you will have an unreadable mess that only a very experienced PLC programmer can follow.  Contact us or Email us for more information.
